I believe the world is dying from a lack of imagination. Let's do something about it. I am, above all, a writer. But I've learned a few things over the years that are apparently useful to others, so I subsidize my writing career by teaching and consulting.
Lots of bright people toil away in every field of endeavor, but many are continually disheartened, diverted, or defeated by insufficient imagination. Coming up with alternate solutions is good, but envisioning transcendent possibilities is better. All it takes to develop imagination is practice. So let's put our heads together.
